Established in 1956, Wimberley's Pioneer Town contains structures from the mid to late 1800s. A blacksmith shop, an opera house, a general store and a gun shop are just a few of the numerous buildings for guests to see. A museum containing examples of Western art is also located on the property, as well as a working chapel used for weddings and a cafe/ice cream parlor.
